Been a while since i bumped into RO, used to play in IRIS & quitted during the change name era or whatever episode is that. During IRIS golden era,so to speak it's boss hunting/MVPing that excites my young mind as well as countless Seiges ( i remember my guild Ninja, does it still exist? what bout the Legends,BadBoys,Mayhem,MWC,KB,etc...) and not to mention the population or the people you got to meet (some are nice, many are not so nice). I wonder how the RO world (IRIS)looks like today 3 years after quitting and after 2 kids, like how it feels to be an MVP again or how does the trading in Prontera goes or how does the agit wars being played? Good thing about quitting is reminiscing the good times, makes me wonder whatever happened to my rares or whose holding that same stuff that was once in my kafra ,who owns Luina & Geffen Agit which was once a part of my territory ,how many times did Eddga dropped his pipe or Orc Lord dropped his precious stuff, questions like that ..Nevertheless, RO had been a part of my young adult life and proud to say that i once stepped my foot and left a mark on our so called virtual world of Rune Midgard.

as far as i know many of those guilds don't exist anymore. the KB today is just a shadow of it's former glory. the olnly things that matter to me back then was to siege and besieged! good ol KB days.

Iris is gone~ and i miss it.... Somehow RO is very different according to my cousins...... I Love how the number of people in dungeons on how they help each other or uses service to help the weakers ones to gain level... On how the strong ones kindly tanks the novice on poring island..... But now.... when I borrowed my cousins account everthing is really different... Now GH is really a ghost town... Once a Thriving dungeon that is filled with acolytes, archers, mages and merchant who vends various things.......

Sigh... I miss those days

Left behind....
I miss the days where I am completely unaware how the virtual world of Ragnarok works. Fascinated with its graphics and game style, I walked along the grassfields of Prontera fields. Got lost with the Payon Forest and Morroc's Pyramids. Got amazed with the marbled city of Al de Baran..
I miss the agit dungeons, the escapades of bringing down a Boss monster, the spice of power leveling and the-crack nerving level down...

I miss the days where you need to shed tears for a level down, for being scammed, of being annoyed because of the astronomical prices the vendors of Prontera vends especially if you want to buy something and give everything including your spirit to stay awake for countless hours to shape your character the way you want it to be.

I miss the days where every walls of the agits screams for a bloody battle between the good ol' factions. Where everyone shines as an individual and remembered as someone who brought down chaos to their offenses/defenses. I miss those days...

The days wherein hasty decisions for urgent issues arises, usually created by a party/guild assault tearing the whole agit down and knocking down any hostilities, or staying on the sides of the Emperium as the enemies knocks down on the Emperium room. I miss the days that after every siege, the time I spent with the people who alongside fought for the same goals that I have...I miss those days..

Well, a good future to look forward to...
Nevertheless, RO had been a part of me and also proud to say that I once stepped my foot and left a mark on our so called virtual world of Rune Midgard.

what I miss most are the days when payon was just a small town. my guildmates and I would sit in a general area just stay there and chat. those were the days when players exhibited real skills rather than relying on boss cards to get them through.

for me to have a boss card back then was impossible, i only had +7 armors slotted and non slotted. haha, byalan was for thieves and swordsmen like GH for the acolytes/priests and archers/hunters. played my knight to level 95 until i learned about 3rd party programs. i witnessed the fall of the superpowers in the old age in luina(Legends and Ninja) from the horde of marauding KB's. watched the destruction of payon as the mighty Dragon Knights succumb to the power of the horde. I have seen the fall of the warring guilds in geffen (badboys, order of the holy cross, bandits, necropotence and all the other guilds i already forgot) from the mighty hand of KB. The subjugation of entire valkyrie and the beginning of the bitter rivalry between KB and ninja along with other powerhouses(dynasty, dragon knights). The alliances formed between KB,Legends,Macworld tempest and KAF. the dramas behind the KB and macworld conflict. the final stand of the guild KB against all its enemies current and new. and finally the decline of the guild due to internal problems and real life issues. it was all about friendship, politics and drama, the things that really kept me playing back then.
